We buy raw California almonds, wash them thoroughly, and bake them in our ovens to get that nutty, crunchy taste our customers love. Fresh ground every week, with nothing added but sea salt, and now it’s ready to be used on your favorite toast, or on a slice of apple, or on a nice ripe banana, or on a celery stick, or on a graham cracker, or….I think you get the idea.
